With all the accolades showered upon our mountain city in recent years, scores of visitors come year-round—more than nine million in 2012 alone.
And any time friends or family call and joyously proclaim “I’m coming to Asheville!”—as they tend to do around the holidays—we locals are tasked with tailoring a tour to suit their interests.
